Super Saiyans

If you watch the show you'll know what a super saiyan is, and looks like right?

If you don't you will need to read the below to get the full scoop on what exactly a super saiyan is.

To start a super-saiyan is a normal saiyan who gets angry or very strong and reaches a new level of power increasing his power and changing his looks. When a saiyan goes super saiyan his hair turns yellow and when powered up their is a yellow glow to thier bodies. Thier muscle mass is greatly increased and their eyes turn a blueish-green color. Also thier hair stands up on end.

The first super saiyan according to legend was the most powerful being in the universe. But he could only control this power in his transformed state. But he had a temper problem and destroyed the planet he was on along with himself on it.

Super Saiyan Level 1: In this state there is a very drastic change the saiyans body gets really pumped up, thier hair turns yellow, and thier eyes get an erie blue-green color to them.

Super Saiyan Ultra: The next level up from super saiyan 1 Vegeta achieved this, and so did Trunks, it made them muscular and strong, but it slowed them down. So they decided not to try this again.

Super Saiyan 2: This stage is much stronger than super saiyan 1. The saiyans hair is still yellow, but grows a few more strands and is pointed up more than Super saiyan 1

Super Saiyan 3 - This is the next most power stage in dragon ball gt. Only Goku and Gotenks were able to achieve this level of super saiyan. The saiyans hair is pointed down, and grows a few more feet! This stage is really powerful and extremely fast!

Saiyan 4 - This is the most power fullest stage of saiyans.  The saiyan gets their tail back even if it was sugecally removed, and doesn't have yellow hair anymore.  Their bodies are covered with red fur and they get dark red lines under their eyes.  They almost look evil Goku and Vegeta were the only saiyans to achieve Super Saiyan level 4. After Vegeta and Goku went this stage, the series and episodes basically ended.  Gogeta, the fusion of Goku and Vegeta was able to achieve this level also, but had red hair.
